UK Beach Management Forum

Welcome to the United Kingdom Beach Management Forum’s (UKBMF) web site. The UK offers numerous miles of diverse and naturally beautiful coastline. With people demanding higher standards, beach operators have risen to such challenges and we can be proud of our resorts dotted around our heritage coastline. But whilst beach operators play a significant part in developing our resorts, it is up to you, the beach stakeholder, to have your say on how we should develop resorts in the years to come. The UKBMF

The UKBMF was formed some three years ago to bring together under one umbrella a Forum which enabled all beach operators to share best practices, to ensure that our beaches (resorts/rural) are presented at the highest standards. There are two key objectives:

• To raise the standard of UK beaches by sharing best practice and ensuring dialogue between Beach Managers.
• To represent the interests of UK Beaches by providing a united and cohesive voice to promote the management, quality and sustainability of UK beaches and coastline.
